Installation

We install fire protection systems to protect kitchens, paint booths, vehicles and other industrial equipment. All installations are performed in strict accordance with manufacturer manuals and relevant standards.

What is required?

Pre-engineered fire suppression systems, such as kitchen fire suppression and paint booth systems, require semi-annual inspections by a certified technician. This means they must be inspected every six months to ensure proper operation, compliance with NFPA standards, and readiness in case of a fire. Additional maintenance, such as hydrostatic testing of system components, may be required based on manufacturer guidelines and local regulations.

Fire extinguishers must be inspected monthly by the owner or designated personnel to ensure they are in proper working condition. Additionally, a professional inspection is required annually by a certified technician. Depending on the extinguisher type, internal maintenance and hydrostatic testing are required every 5, 6, or 12 years.

Emergency and exit lighting must be inspected monthly to ensure they are functional and free of damage. Additionally, they require a 90-minute full-function test annually to confirm they can operate for the required duration during a power failure. These inspections help ensure compliance with NFPA 101 (Life Safety Code) and local fire codes.
